How to enable vsync?

Is there a setting in dolphin to enable vsync or is this enabled through graphics drivers eg nvidia control panel?

control panel sucks... there is no way around a hack to enable vsync :(

Force VSync in your video card's driver properties. Why do you need VSync anyway?

I read it was a way to limit the frames that dolphin was generating to slow it down. I guess other then that you could use a cpu limiter maybe.
