Its probably a fake, or has a virus embedded in it.

I downloaded it, and it's definately a fake, and most probably a virus as well.

An Update, it is a Self Extracting Achive. It Seems to be a Fake Emu (Well DUH!) Plus, Seems to Load a Network Config Utillity, spyware maybe? It is Called NetBUI or NetBUE or Something, dont remember. I got Rid of it as soon as I found it... It is Located in /Windows/SYSTEM32. Plz dont ever pst any more X-box Emus or PS2 emus or any other BS Emu, that why you read emulation news to see if it is Real... kthx

rofl, you -do- know NetBEUI is a part of Windows? Check your network settings for protocols and you'll see you either have it or can install it :)
