I'm trying to run a video plugin for 1964 and get a "Initialize the dll before you try to config it" message. How do I go about doing this, thanks.

Are you trying to run a plugin using 1964? If that's the case then you should be posting in the forum for 1964. If you're trying to use a third party plugin that comes with 1964, you should be posting wherever the board for that plugin is located. Either way, I doubt you'll find much help here.
