1.Will there be new versions of Dolphin with better compatibility and features for 32 bit operating systems?

2.If I have a 64 bit processor with a 32 bit OS, can I run the latest version of Dolphin properly?

1. From the sounds of things, another 32-bit version is in the works, but it will not be as fast as the 64-bit version, and it is unknown when it will be released.
