Where are roms? (Not asking for them)

I'm not asking for roms, I'm just asking where I can find them. I've been Googling for two days, so I came here. Can someone help?

They're out there on the net. We can't aid you in finding these as it's against the rules.
They're called roms, so use that information to find them.

I know, but one the main things I hate is when a site says that you can download roms there, but its just a dead end.

Indeed, the web can be bothersome, but as I did explain, there's nothing we can do to help you obtain your games. Once you should acquire them and have problems with emulators, then we can help you.
