direct 3D device falied

I waited a week for super smash bros melee to finish downloading and I open it keeps saying direct 3D device falied. My graphics card is NVIDA Quadro NVS 110M. And my only video plugin is Dolphin video plugin (DX9). help me someone!

I believe it's called Driver Installation Hints Document.

Don't worry though, even if you managed to get Dolphin working, you wouldn't play any games on it.
