bah, i live above a funeral chapel, and seeing john dough who worked his ass off his whole life get 4 people turn up gets to me FAR more than some silver spooned royal... people die every day, i mean "nation day of mourning" what kind of bullshit is that? suuuuuuure she did some royal duties and made people happy and yeah the monarchy does give all the old people errections because "its history" and shit... but honestly, the queen mother passing was gonna happen anyway, whats the big deal?

The Queen Mum, was, loved by few, hated by many. Don't get me wrong, she was a racist, she didn't like blacks or jews, she wanted to make peace with Hitler, she never spent a night in buckingham palace during the war, even though she said she did, she was never a royal but the daughter of a maid, and born in scotland not hertfordshire...

and being kind to others doesnt seem to apply if the others believe something different than u.

I can think of many more times where religion hasn't played a part in gaining power.

Only a handful of fundamentalists actually are against beliefs other than there own. Most people that have a religion don't think that anyone else in inferior. Again, I can think of many more instances where religion has played no part in people being hostile towards each other.

this is what i have to say in this thread about the death of the Queen Mother. . . I have no problems with people from other religions. i have no problem with poeple with no religion. i dont judge people for their sins and dont take that for me saying that people of a different religion are sinners becasue that's not what im saying 2fast4u. it was a continuation of i dont have a problem with. . . .
I am non-denominational (look it up) I live by faith not by rules set by the church. sure follow the 10 comandments and the Bible but because there are so many different interpritations of the word i study and find what makes the most sence to ME and follow THAT. so i have a mixture of beliefs from every sect of Christanity.
so am I religious . . . Yes
am i part of a religion. . . No
is a religion controling me . . . No because i am not part of one.
