I have a Logitech dual action gamepad. I have calibrated it with jcalibration but it isnt recognized in the emulator when assigning keys. All the other buttons are recognized and can be assigned. Is there anything im doing wrong.

You are using Linux, correct? I can't say from experience myself, but I've heard that JSCalibrator can screw things up sometimes. Try uninstalling it via Synaptic or whatever you use, and try again. Remember to ensure that it is enabled properly in the joypad configuration screen.
