I got an error "VI unknown write32" on running 1.0.3 Beta, what does it mean? Thanks.

It means that the emulator failed to execute a call or an intruction.

Oop, is it game dependent? I try to run the game Tetris with the emulator, the game Tetris is indeed a downloaded one for testing. Thanks.

If it's a homebrwn game, IIRC Dolphin doesn't run many homebrewn games. I suggest you take a look at the Dolphin compatibility list on its homepage and get a game that is known to boot and run.
