starfix 64 on 1964

i have starfox 64 but the sound in 1964 is all hissing and crackly. what audio plugin do i need to make the sound play well and where can i get it?

also, what plugins audio and video do i need to make perfect dark work well?

i would greatly appreciate it if anybody can help me.
