i don't know how to create a memory card.???

is there a special way to create one or do i have to download save states? ???

Use N-Rage's New Plug.... He released it last week..... It has a Perfect Dark MemPak Fix....

Nah, Just Go into the Config at Options-> Configure Input Plugin.
You will se it has Controller 1 and next to that is the drop down menu that says MemPak, RumblePak Etc... Then there is a Check Box that is labeled "Raw Data" Check that and The MemPak Dropdown Will be active, It is labled "Mem Pak 1" You can use that can click OK.......

AFAIK u wont get much further than the menu
