I have all of the latest drivers, and I am using N-Rage v2. The C stick on my GCN con isn't being picked up in game, though it works fine in my controller's settings, and N-Rage picks it up in key assignment.

Anything I could do to fix the problem?

hmm. work fine with me. are you using a game with the c buttons?

Randomly, it began to work just now (seriously, like five minutes ago while I was playing OoT). Strangely enough, it still won't pick up UP on the Cstick.

The drivers for that adapter seems to behave like an ass. You could try to change the "mode" to Digital or Flight in the properties for the control. Maybe you'll have more luck. There's also unofficial drivers out there for this adapter I believe which may work better.
