I take it you're not using Jabo's plugin for graphics. You should. It's bundled with pj64, get it at their site http://www.pj64.net

*Sigh*...
In he extracted directory of pj, goto "\plugins".
Copy ALL files there, and go to your 1964 dir.
Goto "\plugins". Copy all files there.
Go into 1964. Select "Select Plugins" from the menu.
Select Jabo's plugin there. Now you can play.
