I remember this game was limited at 30fps, even if you had an uberpc.
is there a workaround or fix for this yet? I'd enjoy it

when i try to play the game after the sega screen chankast hangs

DOA LE supposedly hangs, not the original DOA2. No, the issue hasn't been resolved, since Chankast hasn't been updated in well over 2 years.
