Either the file is corrupt or you've downloaded something other than a rom (perhaps a save file).

Just press Ctrl+O in Project64 if you can't get the ROM browser to work. Some users, you just can't teach them, so you have to take the easy way out lol.

If we arn't supposed to ask where to get the games
then well i don't know how to end this so i wont break the rulz
(you should know wat im trying to say but i cant actually say it)
its just waayy to confusing for me so im not gonna bother to do this anymore
