Unable to open dmg file

I am using OSX 10.4.8 on a powerbook (not an intel chip), and I have tried to download mupen, but I am unable to unpack the dmg file. I tried using EZ7z, as suggested in a previous post, but it says that the file is unsupported. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Did you try redownloading? I would download it with something some like Igetter (http://www.igetter.net/) because web browsers often mess up the download. What browser are you using?

Maybe upgrading stuffit expander as suggested in many threads of this board ?
