It says that my GFX card doesn't support Direct3D 6.0. So how about some help please? It would be greatly appretiated.

Wouldn't this be better suited to the PJ64 forum? Anyways try updating you drivers and making sure you have the lastest version of Direct X.

Yeah, it complains if you've got 24-bit color. That's mostly for all cards. And it complains if you've got 32-bit color with voodoo-cards, since they don't support it. And the last thing is that you don't have the right version.
Goto the start-menu, run and type "dxdiag". Click OK.
You'll see your version of DirectX there. It's recommended that you have DX8 since N-Rage's input requires it.

Not all video cards. Usually Nvidia cards can be set to 32 bit and work just fine. In addition, even if you get it to work, its really gonna look like crap on an Intel graphics card. It would be good if you could at least find a cheap TNT2 or better.

No, I mean cheap as in $$$ not cheap as in a piece o' crap card. Its a great card. My dad is still using my old TNT2 Ultra.
