Can't get the Rice Video Plug In to work

Everytime I unzip the files into the plug in folder this pop ups:

The Application or DLL C:\Program Files\Project64 1.6\Plugin\put BMGLibPNG.dll to you emulator folder is not a valid windows image. Please check this aginst your installation diskette.
