dont quite understand how to play games with nesterdc on a dc

I downloaded and burned nesterdc and it loads up fine on my DC, however there arent any games to play, how do i add them to the list?

You need to burn the ROM images along with the emulator to the disc.

well the nesterdc is a CDI which I burn using diskjuggler, how would I add roms along with it? because if i used diskjuggler it would finalize the disk wouldnt it??

I really can't help you anyway else, since adding ROM images to the disc is the most logical choice - how else could you possibly play games? Bundling commercial games with emulators if illegal after all. Doesn't NesterDC come with any kind of documentation? I suggest you read it if one is available.
