as i said in the title im a nub, so these questiopns might be rly easy ><, what are the plug ins that i need for video and sound and also do i need a comp controller or will keybord work for most games

Project64 default to the Plugins folder when it searches for available plugins. You can change this behaviour from the options though.

im sorry for my noobness but i have about 45 different plugins folders on my comp do u know the path for the run command

Go to the folder where you have project 64 installed (probably c:/program files/project 64) and there will be a plugin folder in there.
