1.6 hate's ps2 controller's?

I recently got 1.6 and when I turn my Analog light on my ps2 controller and try to configure the controller I only get a Rz- If I turn off the analog then im fine..but I want a analog for the 64.


Well it work's on Cruisin USA but for something like zelda, super smash bros and Mario64 the analog does nothing.. I tried changing the deadzones and range and nothing moves :( any ideas?
