ePSXe problem

I cannot run my ePSXe for a few days, so I tried reinstalling it. But, when I do that it's already been set up (like it wasn't uninstalled) with settings from the last use. Does someone knows where are its configuration settings files, cos I want to delete them to start over. I can't run BIOS to manage memory cards, and the only game I can run is Resident Evil 2.

IIRC, Pete's plugins store configurations in the registry. Same goes with ePSXe too. Where exactly in the registry I'm not sure.
