Graphics problem

Everytime I load a game in full screen i get a funny little box of graphical distortion. It is tied to the mouse, because when i move it so does the box. It's almost like it isnt keeping up with the rest of the screen. I just got a new ATI AIW x800 XT, and everything else works great. Any thoughts?

how much ram in your pc do you have??? make sure you have the lastest driver at www.ati.com

I have 768 MB RAM. Before I installed this card, the graphics werent great but i didnt have that box. I have all the latest drivers from ATI

make sure that the mouse trail drag is off

It's off, and I took off the pointer shadow, still no luck.
