My problem is that many times it starts to scroll really fast through all the menus without me touching anything. I tried unplugging my controllers so that is not the problem. It is weird because when you turn of limit FPS it goes to like 320 FPS on the menus and scrolls in hyperspeed. It makes options hard to choose like I have had to play NHL 99 in Dutch many times because I could not hit English. If anyone can assist me it would be most helpful. Thanks.
