Is there any way to play n64 games in full speed??? Damn, I only have a 450 mhz computer... Thats not enough for anything... And my computer is already at full speed, but... can I play my n64 games at full speed? 
Project 64 at max speed?

Do you mean max speed or full required N64 speed?
Max speed: Yes, I know; it's called the speed limiter.
Full speed: Simply put, upgrade your hardware and maybe even software. Include your system specs.
Try downloading Project64 1.1 or the earliest version. The fewer ROMs the emulator supports, the faster it is.
There is also another emulator called Corn, which uses internal plugins only. It only supports, like, 20 N64 games out there, but it is at least four times as fast as Project64. I couldn't see myself jumping in Super Mario 64!
But, no, you really should upgrade your specifications, instead, if you want to run games in full speed, but also in an excellent emulator.
