The name of this game?

Anyone know of the name or where I can get the classic PC game with the cat, mouse and cheese.. It's where you get all the cheese, stay away from the cats, and you have to move blocks around to get to the cheese or block the cats in?
It's an old PC game, please tell me if you know what it's called..

OMG! I remember seeing someone play that game once, many years ago, and I still remember it because of how cool it was.

Speaking of old windows games, anyone ever remember HDC Rocks? It was a space like game where you had to avoid colored rocks, and you could shoot them. There were also friends, and foes, which looked like really badly drawn X-wings, and tie fiters. There was also red hypergates, that you had to fly through that gave you 1000 points.
