Are there any video plug-ins (other than glide64 that don't require slowing way down) that at least make things look a little better, like making super smash bros. work. In super smash bros I cant see any thing like menus and when I finally find my way through and get a game started, I cant see anything but the background. I can't really see the menus in any of the games. So is there a video plug-in that fixes this problem that dosn't slow it way down and isn't glide64?

have you tried Jabo's Direct3D6 plugin? I wouldn't expect much from that VIA graphics chip of yours though since that seems to be the main source of your problems.
