I know this has probably been asked before, but I can't seem to find anything. Are there and mods for any N64 games? Other than sports games of course. I mean like level editors or texture editors. Or just pre-made mods. Somthing along those lines.

No, there isn't any. At least not to my knowledge. There are a few editors (for Super Mario 64 mainly) but they can't too much.
