Ocarina of Time Keyboard sensitivity

So im at the water temple and I have to hit with my long shot this small target in 10 seconds the problem however is the up and down keys move to far for me to hit it
is there anything I can do to slow the sensitivity without buying a controller which I wont be able to do
And can I have clear instructions please im not so emulator smart

You can use Nrage's controller plugin which comes with PJ64 1.6 if you want but it's very possible to do it without it. It's just a bit tricky.

First, goto Options -> Plugins and select N-Rage. Click OK.
Goto Options -> configure controller plugin. Then slide the analog stick slider to the left to lower the sensitivity.

You can change the sensivity in Jabo's plugin too.
You only have to change the range bar.

Ya i have the same problem with zelda too,i cant even hit the target in the lost forest.I only hit 30pts it wont go to 100pts cause its too sensitive
