Controllers

I cant seem to get my N64 controller to work on project64 , any help would be so cool.I have configured my controller so i know it works but it just wont work on Project64 I have tryed everything i know and it wont work,it says no controller plugged in when i try to play Zelda:saddam:

PSX+N64 USB Converter Universal serial bus.XK-PC2004 dont know what some of that means lol but it works ive tested it but it wont work on Project64 I have no clue what im doing by the way cause im new at this. Thx
