New Forum Skin Added

I've added a new forum skin based on the emulation64 design. The red just didn't look right on the forums so its a blue version. You can check it out by either using the forum skin changer at the footer of the page or going by your user control panel .. towards the bottom

The forum feels more compacted, however both the fonts and the buttons seem larger, very good design, also the use of the blue scheme here over the red one on emulation 64 gave a nice unity to the network, beautiful work, Keith.
EDIT: i believe that the Emutalk.net name should be larger on the new skins, so that new memebers do no call us the emu64 forums.

Nice addition. I'm an old-fashioned kinda guy though, so I'll stick with the default. :P

Yeah this emulation64 skin looks quite good, might consider keeping it.
