Is there an option to setup a LAN network server for 2 ppl that wanna play fighting games without internet access and the 2 computers are right next to each other in the same home.??

Is there one or is it only doable via netplay?

I know about Mame32k. I've been using it for 6 months for netplay. I was just wondering if we could do a LAN game. Thankx for the response. :)
