put the dll in the "plugin" folder, run project 64 and configure it to use rice's plugin in the settings dialog.

Bumping is bad form, not to mention unnecessary in a forum with as little activity as this one.
As to your problem...if you want answers in plain english you'll have to provide details in plain english. I can barely read that crap in the first post. Any error messages for instance?

I don't know what are you talking about, but for the answers I guess your emulator is not detecting Rice's plugin, huh? If I got the point, you need the mvscpp71.dll or mvsc71.dll (it's something like that, and it's most prone to be the cpp file). If you got the error message, then take the name of the .dll file you need (something close to what I said earlier), and use google to find it. Then put the .dll file into your emulator or system32 folder. Hope this helps you out.

If that is your problem, then you can find the dll you need here (http://www.dll-files.com/).
But first check those ones I downloaded there (see attachments). Put them on your emulator folder (or system32 to use it with multiple emulators).
Er... and sorry for double posting...

Thank you Fabricio. You should also point out that the necessary dll's are included in the 1964 archive, so if the user has downloaded that already, he can just copy the files over.
Also, the BMGlibPNG.dll file needs to be in the emulator folder, not the plugin folder. A lot of people seem to miss that.

Ok, ok... I forgot about Emutalk's archive and a few other details, sorry. But everything seems to be ok now, isn't it?
I promise I won't forget it next time :)
