Sometimes Controller not fully inserted?

Sometimes When I start mupen64 I get controler not fully inserted.

This happens when I call it from mythtv when PC boots but not all the time.

Any idea?

Also, Is anyone manage to run Rogue Squadron in mupen64?

Rogue Squadron doesn't work in any public N64 emulator. Project64 1.7 might be another matter when it gets released.

This happens not all the time. Only sometimes when I try to start it within Mythtv.
