ISS runs too fast/Frameskip type question

Anyone else find International Superstar Soccer runs too fast?

I'm using International Superstar Soccer 2000 (U) [!].zip

Forgive the complete noob question, but is there a way to slow things down in the menu's that I may have missed? Using Jabo's D8 1.6 plugin.

Try the "(E) ( ! ) " version. Thats the one i use. And it runs perfectly
