Im new, no clue what to do

i just downloaded project 64 and some roms in a bittorrent file, but all of the games are in .7z format, and i dont know how to use those in project 64, i have one .z64 and that runs fine, but is there any way to convert the files, or something i can use to read them?
and advice is appreciated...
