Awkward problem

I'm runnin' one extended desktop with one monitor and one TV. I can get PJ64 to fullscreen on the TV screen, but when I click things on the other screen, it minimises it. How do I stop this from happnin'?

P4 3.06GHZ w/ HT
ATI RADEON 9200 w/ ATI Catalyst 1.2
GameCube to USB convertor for the N64.

Is your monitor your primary display device? Chances are that Project64 only works well when it runs on the primary display device. Quite a few emulators have this problem unless they're specifically coded with multiple screens in mind.

It's just that when you click something on the monitor it exits fullscreen mode on the TV.

I want it so that I can use PJ 64 while someone else is using the computer on the other screen, without bothering my gaming.

I can run videos with WMP on the TV without interruption, so whatever that's doin', that's what I want PJ 64 to do.
