Hmmm I didn't banned him, just checked the modcp:

timmyhawky was banned by Clements on February 6th, 2006 for 730 Days :P

which means:
Ban will be lifted on February 6th, 2008, ~17:00 and that's about 637 Days, 8 hours left ;)

I won't lift the ban, because I'm sure Clements had a very good reason to ban him.
