A Cheat to Trigger Animations with a Button

I was wondering if there was such a cheat to enable you to trigger the animation that link does after you let the game sit idol.

or maybe a cheat to enable you to trigger the horse jumping animation. If it hasn't been done it sound pretty feasible to me.
