WTC picture that made me spill out my beer!

The plane that hit the WTC was a 767. The plane in that pic is a Boeing 757. The 757 has a narrower fuselage and its nose points down. The 767 is wider and its nose point straight forward.

Furthermore, this photo from airliners.net (http://www.airliners.net/open.file?id=131660) is an identical match to the plane in the photograph in the above photo.

Yeah, it's fake. Close inspection reveals that the focus on the plane and the surrounding picture is inconsistent.

Hehe. I've been doing this in photoshop for some time and after 5 min of inspection you can see that the light source is not the same. The plane should have had a little orange satin overlay for this to acctualy be quite credible.

I have known its a fake for so long. Its in one of my popular science, and it was in an article that was saying how digital photography is no longer reliable thanks to adobe, and btw, the article is about 9 months old. But it mentioned this really cool site called worth1000.com with really cool photoshop galleries.
