Plugin not initialized?

Hi guys, I need some help with my PJ64. Every time I try to load a Rom it says my plugin is not initialized, what does this mean?

Wow dude you are totally my favorite person in the world now. I just had to change it to 16 bit. Thanks for the help, I may even stay here and post regularly.
