Hello, I was wondering if there is anyway to disable the addition of the rom CRC check values to the name of the save games.

I looked at the settings, and other than changing the save type, I don't see anything. The only reason is that I like to switch back and forth between 1964 and project64 and have a central directory for all the save games. I wanted to be able to experiment with a game, and if I need to switch to the other emu to try it out. I'm sure this is a fairly common setup but 1964 adds the CRC values to the save game file, making it a fairly tedious process of porting native saves back and forth.

Anyway, thanks for any info you guys can give me. I looked as much as I could to find a resolution to this but I just got back into emulation recently and I wasn't able to get to 1964's homepage, so i decided to throw this out in this forum.

**EDIT** I am using the V0.99 of 1964 with all default plugins. **EDIT**

The 1964 method is actually better, since it can differentiate between games with the same internal name like region dupes and various Master Quest dumps that conflict with OoT. I requested that Project64 should adopt 1964's naming standard instead.
