Paper Mario video problem

Well
I was playing paper Mario (with minor video bug) but when i enter toadstown it completelly when crazy. And it happen in every town that have a least ten people on the screen.

I read the Gamefaq insert in it but i don't really know were to find a 3rd party video plugin. Usually, i know a guy who better than me in that sort of prob but he dosn't know.

So, ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CORRECT THIS ?

It's not the emulator that's the problem, it's the ROM hack, you probably had a bad copy of the ROM, try downloading a copy off another website, your video problems will more than likely be resolved!!

No... it's a graphics plugin problem... downloading another copy of the ROM won't solve the problem...
