When Im in toad town and Im walking the screen keeps glitching, but only when Im moving, does anyone know what the problem is?

I think it might be the rom, so should I download a different one?

glidle 64 is the best plugin for this game

where do i get the plugin?

i got both plugins and now it says

This application has failed to start because glide3x.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

I click ok then it says
failed to load plugin:
C:\Program files\project64 1.6\plugin\glide64.dll

whats the problem?

now I got it to workl, but it says

Your video card doesn't support GL_ARB_texture_env_combine extension
