Small GoldenEye Problem

Why is there no sky, I know it's not my gfx card because I already checked. And this all worked correctly before. There is so many settings and combinations of them to go through, that I'd thought I'd ask it here. Please help me, I would really me grateful. As for details, I'm using Project 1.6 and I've added the RDB update or whatever. When I play my other ROMs the sky and all that is perfect. It's the generic GoldenEye 007 (U) [!] ROM too... Not to mention the game's other level's skies don't show up either, although the fogging looks right.

I see, seems that some Rare games don't emulate properly sky wise. I switched to Jabo's 1.5.2 GFX setting. The sky problem is fixed but... A lot of other things are just way uglier... Any way to fix this?
