It looks like you are using this board:

Not a completely terrible board, but it appears to have no PCI-E/AGP slots and Intel Extreme 2 integrated graphics, which is bad news for gamers, and presumably why you would like to upgrade.
You are using a Gigabyte board, and they are pretty good for Intel. I would look into the following boards:
Gigabyte 8N-SLi Royal nForce4 SLi
Gigabyte 8N-SLi Pro nForce4 SLi
Gigabyte 8N-SLi nForce4 SLi
The top one is most expensive, but the bottom one is quite feature-rich and fairly cheap. All of these have dual 16x PCI-E slots and nForce4 chipset. You'll need to pick up a PCI-E graphics card for it, any card would be a huge improvement from what you have now.

You would also try one with Intel chipsets, I don't know how much an nvidia chipset will perform better, but if you don't have plans to have two graphic cards at the same time (SLI), you could save a lot by buy a non SLI/Crossfire PCI-E compatible mobo

thank you for the info, i dont think they have SLI yet here in the philippines, but im thinking maybe an asus or abit mobo, with PCI-e,then an graphics card. regarding chipset - is i925x good? another thing, i got 2x512RAM, one is PC2700,the other is PC3200, replace?? whats the normal temp for P4 3.20 ? mine runs at an average of 62'C. post again when i get the mobo.

I don't know much about Intel, but I've always been a fan of DFI motherboards.
DFI LANPARTY UT 915P-T12 I recommend that one.
