Ok, heres the situation:

I dont know why, but for some reason 1964 was just showing black screens for every game. So I uninstalled 1964 through the nify registry thing that rice and schibo gave us. Then I ran 1964 again and tried another rom, and now everytime I try to run a rom i get this message

"1964 has had an error in 1964.exe, if you continue to experience problems try restarting your computer"

I get that message everytime I try to boot a rom and I have restarted my computer. HEEEEEEELPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!

post your specs. make sure u have a recent version of 1964, u r using jabo's plugin(for best compatability) and u have directx installed

I have been using 1964 ever since August of last year, so my specs arent the problem.

Sounds like Windows ME is your problem....

yeah Windows ME is the biggest bunch of shit Microsoft ever came up with. If your using it, scrap it and use 2000 or XP. If you have niehter then use 98. but Windows ME is the Operating system for people who just learned how to say COMPUTER
