With my game (Yes still Psychic Force 2012 
) I'm getting 90+ fps sometimes, which makes reading texts go faster than the voices you hear, so if there's a story you finish reading texts and you still hear people talking somewhere halfway, and then it's just cut off...
So I wanted to see if I could limit my fps to 60 with the Utilities, then I got a problem where the utilities said it's a wrong directory, now I suppose it's just an update file I downloaded, and on www.chanka.org is only the update, so it would be nice if someone could get me a direct link to the latest utilities and/or tell me how to limit my fps to 60 (I don't want to turn down CPU because the FPS during the game would get too low, I just want to limit it)
