Can we learn here too?

I'm brazilian and I'm studying to be a computer's enginner (<-is that how you call the guy who works with hardware and software?), so I'll have to study those languages (C++, Java, etc..). Then I'm asking if in case I have a question about something related to programming, I can put it here and wait for an answer. That's because I know you guys know everything about this subject. I know this is not a school or something like that, but we're like a comunity, right? So we can help each other. Oh.. and that could be not only for me, but for everyone else (of course!). Thanks.
