Rice's 6.1.1 Beta 10 plugin should be added because is very important and needed for the retexture projects (a lots of newbies ask where's is this plugin download always). I know is in Rice's thread but it's a good idea to add it to the download section IMO

Rice's 6.1.1 betas were being added to the download section for a while, but stopped at beta 6, because they are betas and Rice didn't want them there AFAIK.

Wouldn't 6.1.0 work just as well?

In terms of hi-res texture packs or what? To my knowledge, it's better to have 6.1.1, but what would I know...

6.1.1 Beta 10 is in fact needed for Federeli's and Djipi's texture packs to work properly, that's just one example
